各種プラントの原価見積に活用できるPCI(Plant Cost Index)の開発をはじめとした、プロジェクトのコストエンジニアリングを研究するボランティア活動団体です。

 

We are A Volunteer Party enhancing project cost engineering, developing and investigating cost engineering skills, such as PCI (plant Cost Index) that is an effective estimation method for plant cost.

AACE日本支部は、米国に本部を置くAACE International（国際コストエンジニアリング推進協会）の日本支部として、コストエンジニアリングに係る研究を行うボランティア組織です。

ここで、コストエンジニアリングとはAACE Internationalでは次の領域を含むとしています。それは、事業計画、コスト見積り、経済・財務分析、プログラム・プロジェクトマネジメント、計画とスケジュール、コスト・スケジュールのパフォーマンス測定、そして変更管理です。

このようにコストエンジニアリングは単にコストだけでなく幅広い領域を含んでいますので、このような分野にご興味のある方はぜひAACE日本支部の活動にご参加ください。

AACE Japan Section is a volunteer organization that conducts research related to cost engineering as the Japan branch of AACE International (The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) headquartered in the United States.

According to AACE International, “Cost Engineering” covers the following areas: Business and program planning, Cost estimating, Economic and financial analysis, Program and project management, Planning and scheduling, Cost and schedule performance measurement, and Change control.

As in the above, cost engineering covers a wide range of areas, not just cost, therefore if you are interested in such fields, please join our AACE Japan Section.

AACE日本支部は、1984年にJSCE（The Japan Section of Cost Engineering）として活動を開始しました。2019年9月に組織の名称をAACE日本支部（AACE Japan Section）と改称し活動を継続しています。

 

The AACE Japan Section started its activities in 1984 as JSCE (The Japan Section of Cost Engineering). In September 2019, the name of the organization was changed to AACE Japan Section and we continue our activities.

Our Mission

コストエンジニアリングに関する研究や情報交換を行い、次のような活動を通してコストエンジニアリングの日本への普及を目指す。

  • AACE本部の出版物の紹介や普及、
  • AACE日本支部独自の活動。

Through research and information exchange on cost engineering, we aim to popularize cost engineering in Japan through the following activities.

  • Introduction and dissemination of publications at AACE International
  • AACE Japan Section’s unique activities
