Ready to go deeper? This advanced follow-up to Project Controls from the Owner's Perspective tackles the more complex challenges owner teams face on capital projects. Instructors Paul G. Williams and Matthew D. Baker of Pathfinder, LLC lead participants through cost and schedule risk analysis, engineering and construction productivity evaluation, advanced recovery techniques, contractor oversight, and standard project control tools — with hands-on workshop exercises throughout. The seminar runs virtually over three consecutive days (12:00–4:00 PM Eastern) and earns 1.2 CEUs. Recommended for owner project managers, project controls specialists, and project engineers with at least five years of experience.
