Fresh from the Lab: Next-Generation Tools for
Defensible Forensic Schedule
Analysis
3 March 1:00 PM ET
Forensic schedule analysis continues to
advance as new visualization techniques, data integration
methods, and artificial intelligence reshape how results are
explored and communicated. In this webinar, Steelray presents a
showcase of the newest research and technologies developed to
make forensic delay analysis faster, clearer, and more
defensible.
The session introduces Arrows Analysis, a new
state-of-the-art visualization that highlights driving and
near-driving delays and recoveries in a single interactive
view. Designed specifically as a visualization of a half-step
analysis, it enables real-time “but-for” scenarios to determine
which delays affected or would have affected project completion
and by how much.
Attendees will also see a next-generation
schedule merge tool that combines multiple schedules into one
unified model, automatically grouping by data date and
resolving Activity ID collisions—dramatically reducing the
effort required to integrate subcontractor schedules.
Finally, the webinar will demonstrate an
experimental AI tool that allows users to ask plain-English
questions about half-step results and receive clear,
plain-English answers. Developed by Steelray’s team of computer
scientists and scheduling experts, these tools reflect over a
year of focused research into the future of forensic schedule
analysis.
The webinar is free to members and nonmembers,
but registration is required. This webinar is generously
sponsored by Steelray
Software.
