Spotlight webinar: 133R-23: Using Decision Analysis
Methodologies to Enhance Decision Quality on
January 28 at 11:00
AM (Eastern US). This webinar will be hosted by
Kim Forbes, PSP and features presenters Dr. David T. Hulett,
FAACE and Dr. Harry D. Saunders.
This recommended practice (RP) of AACE
International defines the use of the discipline of decision
analysis (DA) to structure, analyze, and generate stakeholder
decision buy-in and commitment to important organizational
decisions, whether made by a team, group or individual. It
illustrates how modern decision analysis methods can be applied
broadly to making decisions on projects, programs, and at the
enterprise level in the presence of uncertainty.
Registration is free, but required. Attendees
will earn 0.1 free CEUs.

Join AACE's Women in Project Controls
Committee for this free webinar: Work/Life Harmony for High
Performers on January 12 at 12:00
PM (Eastern US). This webinar, moderated by Dr.
Rania Fayed, will feature presenters Dr. Somaya Bahy Eldin,
Haya S. Saleh, PSP, and Sawsan Al-Khadhra.
High-performing professionals are known for
delivering exceptional results—yet the constant push for
excellence can create stress, imbalance, and burnout if not
managed intentionally. In today’s fast-paced environment,
success is no longer just about productivity; it’s about
sustaining performance while maintaining personal
well-being.
Join us for an insightful session designed to
help driven professionals achieve work/life harmony—a dynamic
state where career goals and personal priorities support,
rather than compete with, one another. This webinar will
explore practical strategies to optimize energy, set boundaries
with confidence, and build sustainable habits that enhance both
performance and fulfillment.
Registration is free, but required.

Pratham Rao was asked what he likes most about being an AACE

"What I appreciate most about being an AACE
member is the accessibility of the community and resources.
There is always someone willing to share their experience,

also value the opportunity to attend section meetings,
