As a project manager, colleague, or business owner it is likely that you have or will work with neurodivergent individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or others in the workplace. According to studies, 15 to 20 percent of the population is neurodiverse. Neurodiversity affects how one learns, processes information, and perceives the world around them. In this panel discussion, panelists will introduce neurodivergence, how to connect and accommodate neurodivergent workers from a small business to a large corporation, and the benefits of neuro-diversifying the workforce. This event was organized by the Rising Professionals Committee. Learn more in “Introducing and Managing Neurodiversity in Construction and Project Controls”: .
